Returns and Exchanges
I want you to love your Cheeky Spice dish!
But tastes vary and if you didn't like any of our mixes - no problem. We will make it right.
We make it easy to refund or exchange your item - simply email email@example.com for store credit towards a different spice mix or get your order refunded, returned or exchanged. No need to ship it back. Keep the original purchase and we'll send you an additional item for free. It's that easy.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges or refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Items outside of 30 days after sale window cannot be returned or exchanged
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- If the item has been used, we will issue a store credit for the item you tried, but didn't like as long as you report the issue within 30 days of the day of purchase
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Include your original order number
- Describe the problem you experienced
- A representative of our team will reach out to you with either exchange, refund or store credit information.
- Refund, replacement product, or store credit on products purchased within 30 days will be issued within 48 hours
- Shipping is non-refundable
- There are no restocking fees
- Lost or damaged items? Email email@example.com for a replacement or refund.
